In the United States, his bestselling series Dragon Ball (published by Viz Media) has become a worldwide phenomenon. Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine published Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z from 1984 to 1995. He's also recognized for designing video games like Dragon Quest, Chrono Trigger, and Tobal No. Blue Dragon, and most recently, No. 1.
