Edmondson teaches and publishes about leadership, teams, and organizational learning, and has been named to the biannual Thinkers 50 global list of management thinkers since 2011. Harvard Business Review and California Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, and the Academy of Management Journal have all published her work.
