Andrew Bain

Andrew Bain is an award-winning travel writer who specializes in outdoor adventure. When he isn't working, he can typically be found cycling. He's the author of Headwinds (Hardie Grant Books, 2003), a book about his 20,000-kilometer bicycle journey around Australia, as well as Where to Bike Tasmania and Lonely Planet's Cycling Australia guidebook. He continues to write cycling articles for publications such as Lonely Planet's Epic Cycle Tours of the World, Australian Geographic Adventure, and The Age/Sydney Morning Herald's 'Traveller' lift-out.
