Andy McDermott is a former journalist and film critic who now devotes his time to writing novels full-time after the worldwide success of his debut thriller, The Search for Atlantis, which has been translated into over twenty languages. The Tomb of Hercules, The Mystery of Excalibur, The Covenant of Genesis, The Pyramid of Doom, The Holy Vault, and Empire of Gold are among his other works. He resides in the English town of Bournemouth.
