Anita Yasuda is the author of over 100 children's books. Discover Flying! won the Honor Book award, Science for grades K-12, from the Society of School Librarians International in 2013. She is an SCBWI (Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators) member. She lives in both California and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
