For almost 35 years, Ann McGovern has been writing children's books. She has almost 45 volumes to her credit, including STONE SOUP and other books from the IF YOU LIVED.... SCRAM, KID! series, and SCRAM, KID! McGovern worked at Scholastic for a time, when she founded the See-Saw Book Club. McGovern is a New York City resident.
