Anne Morrow Lindbergh

In 1906, Anne Morrow Lindbergh was born. She married Charles Lindbergh in 1929 and went on to become a well-known flyer in her own right, authoring several books and receiving numerous flying prizes. Her 1955 novel Gift from the Sea brought her international renown. She was honored by the National Aviation Hall of Fame, the National Women's Hall of Fame, and the New Jersey Aviation Hall of Fame.
