Becky Citra is the author of twenty children's books and a former teacher. She splits her time between Saltspring Island and a ranch in Bridge Lake, British Columbia, for part of the year. Hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, and gardening are some of Becky's favorite activities. She uses her expertise of the outdoors to write about ranch life and the wildness in her works.
