Becky Stephen

Becky Stephen grew up as an airforce brat in the United States, living in many states as well as England. She traveled to India in 1988 to study Hindi at Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi, having long been attracted by Indian culture and philosophy. She met her South Indian spouse there and ended up spending five years in Varanasi. Becky holds a master's degree in intercultural studies from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, and has designed and directed cross-cultural and other training programs and events in the United States, India, Eurasia, Europe, and the Arabian Peninsula. She came to Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband and son after working as a management consultant and cross-cultural trainer in Dubai for three years. She now trains and oversees Americans on long-term international assignments.
