Bill Bass is the Parkway School District's instructional technology, information, and library media innovation coordinator. Missouri Baptist University's adjunct professor of educational technology in St. Louis. He graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a master's degree in instructional technology and a certificate in online learning. He has worked as a middle and high school English teacher, a technology integration specialist, an instructional coach, and an educational consultant during his more than 20-year career in education. He has served as co-president of the Greater St. Louis Educational Technology Association. Louis is the ISTE Board of Directors' president-elect.
