Bruce Olson, a linguist and sociology graduate from a South American university, was born in Minnesota and now calls Colombia home. He has received the friendship of four Colombian presidents and has spoken before the United Nations. Bruchko, his debut book, has sold over 300,000 copies worldwide. He lives in the bush on the Colombian-Venezuelan border.
