Chad V.Meister is a philosophy and theology professor at Bethel College in Indiana. He has written or edited 20 volumes, several of which are about evil, including The Cambridge Companion to the Problem of Evil (co-edited with Paul Moser), God and the Problem of Evil: Five Perspectives (co-edited with James Dew), and The History of Evil (co-edited with Charles Taliaferro). He also serves as the general co-editor of the Cambridge Studies in Religion, Philosophy, and Society series.
