The coauthors are Chris Crowley, a former litigator (Davis Polk & Wardwell), and Henry S. Lodge is the coauthor of Thinner This Year with Jen Sacheck, PhD, and the author of the Younger Next Year books. Although being in his eighties, he still enjoys life to the fullest, skiing black diamonds and riding thirty-mile bike rides on a regular basis. His wife and he split their time between Connecticut and New York City.
