Gardner Rich & Company, a multimillion-dollar brokerage with offices in New York, Chicago, and San Francisco, is led by Chris Gardner. Gardner, a philanthropist and motivational speaker, is involved with a number of organizations, notably those focused on education, and was recently honored with the National Fatherhood Initiative's Father of the Year Award. Gardner, a Milwaukee native, has two children and splits his time between Chicago and New York.
