Chris Riddell is the UK Children's Laureate for 2015-2017. Several important awards have been bestowed upon his works, including two Kate Greenaway Awards. The Costa Children's Book Award went to Goth Girl and the Ghost of a Mouse in 2013. He is the coauthor and author of the bestselling Edge Chronicles trilogy, as well as the Ottoline series.
