Christina Tosi is the chef, owner, and founder of Milk Bar, the Momofuku restaurant group's sister bakery, which has outlets in New York City, Toronto, and, shortly, Washington, D.C. She won the James Beard Rising Star Chef Award in 2012 and the James Beard Best Pastry Chef Award in 2015. She also serves as a judge on Fox's MasterChef and MasterChef Junior.
