Dr. Christine Montross is an associate professor of psychiatry and human behavior at Brown University's Warren Alpert Medical School and a practicing inpatient psychiatrist. She was named a 2015 Guggenheim Fellow in General Nonfiction. She is the author of Body of Work and Falling into the Fire, both of which have won awards.
