Claire Contreras is a bestselling novelist who has been featured in the New York Times and USA Today. She enjoys delving into what-if scenarios that result in happily-ever-afters (for the most part). She enjoys writing a wide range of genres, from children's stories to sensual suspense, but she is most known for her contemporary romance books, which include the Darkness, Hearts, and Contract & Deceptions series, as well as the stand-alone novel Catch Me. She was born in the Dominican Republic and reared in Miami, Florida, where she graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
