Coreene Callahan knows a thing or two about tough boys, having been the lone lady on all-guys hockey teams from the age of six through her undergraduate years. She loves to write about them. Callahan finally surrendered to her restless imagination and returned to her first love: writing, after graduating with honors in psychology and working as an interior designer.

While she's not writing, she daydreams about mystical worlds populated with dragon-shifters, skilled assassins, and steamy romance. Callahan is currently based in Canada, where she lives with her family and her writing companion, a lovable golden retriever.
