Daniel Anderson

DANIEL D.ANDERSON is a mathematics professor at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. He is the editor of Factorization in Integral Domains and the author or coauthor of over 100 journal and book chapter papers, including several in Zero-Dimensional Commutative Rings and Commutative Ring Theory: Proceedings of the II International Conference (both Marcel Dekker, Inc.). Dr. Anderson is a member of the American Mathematical Society and the Mathematical Association of America. M.S. degree (1971) from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, and a bachelor's degree (1971) from the University of Iowa, Iowa City. (1971), as well as a Ph.D.

(1974) from the University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. IRA J.PAPICK is a mathematics professor at the University of Missouri in Columbia. Dr. Papick is a member of the American Mathematical Society and the author or coauthor of numerous important professional works, as well as the book Prufer Domains (Marcel Dekker, Inc.). He was awarded a Ph.D.

Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, awarded him a bachelor's degree in mathematics in 1975.
