Since the 1970s, Dave Jacke has studied ecology and design, and since 1984, he has maintained his own ecological design firm, Dynamics Ecology Design Associates. Dave is a diligent designer and an engaging and motivated instructor of ecological design and permaculture. He has consulted on, designed, developed, and planted landscapes, homes, farms, and communities throughout the United States as well as internationally, with a focus on the Northeast. He was a cofounder of the Land Trust at Gap Mountain near Jaffrey, NH, and lived there for several years. He has a bachelor's degree.
Simon's Rock College awarded him a B.A. in Environmental Studies in 1980, as well as a M.A. Conway School of Landscape Design awarded him a bachelor's degree in landscape design in 1984.
