David Anderegg, Ph.D., is a psychology professor at Bennington College in Vermont, as well as a psychotherapist in private practice in Lenox, Massachusetts, for the past seventeen years. Andereggs' op-eds have appeared in the Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, and Newsday, among other publications, and he has been quoted as an authority in his profession in publications such as The New Yorker, USA Weekend, The Wall Street Journal, and Psychology Today. He and his wife live in a little Vermont village.
