On the YES Network, David Cone is the current color commentator for the New York Yankees. He debuted in the Major League Baseball in 1986 and played until 2003. In 1999, Cone threw the sixteenth perfect game in baseball history. From 1990 to 1992, he was a five-time All-Star and led the major leagues in strikeouts each season. With ten years between 20-win seasons, he set the MLB record for most years between 20-win seasons.
He was a member of five World Series winning teams: the Toronto Blue Jays in 1992, and the New York Yankees in 1996, 1998, 1999, and 2000. He now resides in New York City.
