David L Culp

David Culp designed the grounds at Brandywine Cottage in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, with his colleague Michael Alderfer. David has been giving garden lectures all almost the country for over 25 years. His work has appeared in a variety of periodicals, including Country Living, Fine Gardening, Green Scene, and many others. He was the head of the Mid-Atlantic Hardy Plant Society and a former contributing editor to Horticulture magazine. David is vice president of Sunny Border Nursery in Connecticut, where he specializes in herbaceous perennials.

He created the Brandywine Hybrid hellebore strain and was quoted in the Wall Street Journal for his snowdrop knowledge. Brandywine Cottage's garden has been featured in Martha Stewart Living and on HGTV multiple times. David Lculp's website is davidlculp.com.
