Pride of Carthage, the Acacia Trilogy, and other works of historical fiction and fantasy by DAVID ANTHONY DURHAM. His books have been named New York Times Notable Books twice, have won the American Library Association's 2001 First Novel Prize and the 2002 Alex Award, and have been translated into eight languages. Durham took home the John W. Wooden Award in 2009. Campbell Award for Best New Science Fiction Writer He currently resides in the Scottish capital of Edinburgh.
