Eliot Coleman has almost fifty years of experience in organic farming, including field and greenhouse crops, cattle and sheep rotational grazing, and range poultry. He is the author of The New Organic Grower, Four-Season Harvest, and The Winter Harvest Handbook, as well as Year-Round Vegetable Growing with Eliot Coleman, an educational workshop video. Coleman and his wife, Barbara Damrosch, own Four Season Farm in Harborside, Maine, which includes a commercial year-round market garden as well as horticultural research programs.
