Emily Doskow is a practicing attorney and mediator with over 15 years of experience working with families in the Bay Area. Adoption, parentage difficulties, domestic partnership creation and dissolution, and divorce are among her areas of expertise. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law. She is the coauthor of A Legal Handbook for Lesbian & Gay Couples and the author of Nolo's Essential Guide to Divorce.
