Carol Field

Carol Field is the author of five cookbooks, including In Nonna's Kitchen, Focaccia, Italy in Little Bits, Celebrating Italy, and The Italian Baker, as well as a novel, The Hill Towns of Italy. Field has been featured on the PBS series In Julia's Kitchen with Master Chefs and has won two IACP Cookbook Awards and a James Beard Award. She and her husband live in San Francisco, and she travels to Italy frequently.
