Frances Sizer

Frances Sienkiewicz Sizer, M.S., R.D., F.A.D.A., obtained her B.S. in 1980 from Florida State University. Her M.S. was awarded in 1982. in the field of nutrition The American Dietetic Association has qualified her as a founding Fellow. She is a founding member and vice president of Nutrition and Health Associates, a Tallahassee, Florida-based information and resource center that maintains an ongoing bibliographic database documenting research in over 1,000 nutrition-related topics.

Life Choices: Health Concepts and Techniques, Making Life Choices, The Fitness Triad: Motivation, Training, and Nutrition, and others are among her textbooks. Nutrition Interactive, an instructive college-level nutrition CD-ROM, is co-authored by her. She speaks at universities and national and regional conferences in addition to writing, and she is a member of the board of directors of ECHO, a local food and homelessness relief group in her neighborhood.
