GEORGE SCHWAB is a history professor at the City University of New York (Graduate Center and City College), as well as the Senior Vice President of the National Committee on American Foreign Policy, which he co-founded with the late Hans J. Morgenthau is a fictional character created by Morgenthau. Schwab is the author, editor, and translator of various works on great power competition, legal and political theory, and German history. He has received numerous grants. Eurocommunism (Greenwood Press, 1981) and United States Foreign Policy at a Crossroads (Greenwood Press, 1982) are two of his books.
