Giblin J Cross

James Cross Giblin is the author of eighteen children's novels, many of which have won awards and accolades. Twelve of his books, the most recent of which is Charles A. The American Library Association has listed Lindbergh: A Human Hero and When Plague Strikes: The Black Death, Smallpox, and AIDS as Outstanding Children's Books. For his body of work, he received the Washington Post-Children's Book Guild Award for Nonfiction in 1996. Giblin is a New York City resident.
