Gilbert Ford

Gilbert Ford graduated from Pratt Institute with a BFA in illustration and Vermont College of Fine Arts with an MFA in writing for children and young adults. He's the author-artist of How the Cookie Crumbled and The Wonderful Thing That Came from a Spring, which was named a Best STEM Book of the Year, and he's also the illustrator of many New York Times bestselling middle grade titles, as well as the award-winning picture book Ferris and His Wheel. He is based in Brooklyn, New York, where he lives and works.
