Paul Gill served as an Anglican minister in both Australia and the United Kingdom. He has spent the most of his ministry in places where the majority of the population faces economic and social challenges. Working as a prison chaplain in maximum security prisons for ten years was part of this. His years in jail preaching were the most fulfilling of his career. 'I always felt I was communicating with people about matters that really mattered,' he says. He and his wife, Anne, live in Hereford, United Kingdom.
