Grady Spears

Grady Spears, a cowboy chef known for his signature flair, has designed meals for co-owned restaurants such as Reata Restaurant, the Roadrunner, the Chisholm Club, the Flaming Pear, and the Nutt House. He's also cooked for former Texas governor George Bush, appeared on a number of television shows, and had his own weekly television show. Bud Lite, the American Beef Producers, and the Big Green Egg are among the brands that Spears has promoted and worked for. He has previously been designated a Rising Star by Restaurant Hospitality Magazine and one of the yearly Top Five Chefs by Restaurant and Institutions.
