Please, Somebody Tell Me Who I Am, My Brother Abe, the Boy at War trilogy, The Wild Kid, The Dog in the Freezer, The Island Keeper, and Winter Bound are among Harry Mazer's many books for young readers. His works have received numerous awards, including a Horn Book Award and an ALA Best Book for Young Adults citation. In 2003, Harry received an ALAN award for distinguished contribution to adolescent fiction with his wife, Norma Fox Mazer. He resides in the Vermont town of Montpelier.
