Holly Jones is a 20-year-old chef who studied at Leith's School of Food and Wine after earning a bachelor's degree in modern languages. She has authored numerous articles and books, been on UK television, educated chefs from a variety of organizations, owned and operated restaurants and cafes, and served as a resident chef on the BBC's Food website. Holly's greatest love is cooking fish, and she believes that the hot, moist climate of a wood-fired oven is ideal for cooking the delicious fresh fish she can find near her home on Devon's south coast. David Jones spent ten years as a management consultant after serving as an officer in the Royal Navy. He traveled the world with both vocations, which is why he is now glad to have landed in South Devon and retrained as a baker.
