Iliana Regan

Chef Iliana Regan is self-taught. She is the founder and owner of Elizabeth, a Michelin-starred new gatherer restaurant, and Kitsune, a Japanese-inspired tavern in Chicago. Her food reflects her Midwest heritage and the natural flavor of the often foraged items she grew up with. Regan was named one of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs 2016 after being nominated for the James Beard Award and the Jean Banchet Award.
