Jack P. Friedman graduated from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with a BBA in Finance, an MBA in Accounting from Pace University in New York, and a PhD in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. Friedman holds licenses in Illinois, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Kentucky as a State Certified General Appraiser. He holds the Appraisal Institute's MAI, SRA, and SREA designations, as well as the American Society of Appraisers' ASA designation. He is a stockholder of the Real Estate Consulting Group of America and a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) granted by the American Society of Real Estate Counselors. He is a Homer Hoyt Institute Weimer Fellow.
Friedman has 40 years of experience as a real estate broker in Texas. Friedman is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who graduated from New York State University in 1969 and has been licensed in Texas since 1976.
