James Duane

James J.Duane is a professor at Virginia Beach's Regent Law School, where he received the Faculty Excellence Award in the fall of 2002. Duane has testified before the Advisory Committee of the United States Judicial Conference on the Federal Rules of Evidence and has been interviewed on television and radio regarding legal issues, including National Public Radio's All Things Considered. He is a member of the panel of academic contributors to Black's Law Dictionary and coauthor of Federal Rules of Evidence: Rules, Legislative History, Commentary, and Authority with Glen Weissenberger. He is a Harvard College and Harvard Law School graduate.
