James Kalbach

In the fields of user experience design, information architecture, and strategy, Jim Kalbach is a well-known author, lecturer, and instructor. Jim is presently the Head of Client Success at MURAL, a leading visual online workplace for remote collaboration. He has previously worked for significant corporations like as eBay, Audi, SONY, Elsevier Science, LexisNexis, and Citrix. Before returning to the United States, Jim co-founded the European Information Architecture conferences in 2013, after living in Germany for fifteen years. Jim also co-founded the IA Konferenz series in Germany. He currently resides in Jersey City, where he performs jazz bass in jam sessions and combos.
