Gardening with Biochar, From Vines to Wines, and Cellaring Wine are among Jeff Cox's 21 books on food, wine, and gardening. For many years, he was the managing editor of Organic Gardening, and he now contributes to The Tasting Panel, SOMM Journal, Smart Root, and Horticulture publications, as well as writing a monthly garden article for the Santa Rosa Press Democrat. He is the host of the PBS programmes Your Organic Garden and Grow It! Cox resides in California's Sonoma County.
