Jenny Offill is the author of two novels: Dept. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Last Things, a New York Times Notable Book and a finalist for the Los Angeles Times First Book Award, and of Speculation, which was named one of the ten greatest books of the year by The New York Times. She teaches in Queens University's, Brooklyn College's, and Columbia University's writing programs.
