Jereme Zimmerman lives in Berea, Kentucky, with his wife Jenna, kids Sadie and Maisie, and herds of wild yeast that he corrals into various fermentation concoctions. He contributes to publications such as the New Pioneer, Backwoods Home, Hobby Farms, Mother Earth News, and others. He is a well-known public speaker who gives talks and leads workshops on themes like fermentation, natural and holistic homebrewing, modern homesteading, and sustainable living all across the country. In 2015, he released his first book, Make Mead Like a Viking.
