Jim Collins is a Socratic advisor to business and social sector leaders, as well as a student and teacher of what makes successful firms tick. He has produced or coauthored six books that have sold more than 10 million copies worldwide after investing more than a quarter-century in painstaking study. Jim began his research and teaching career on the faculty at the Stanford Graduate School of Management, where he received the Outstanding Teaching Award in 1992. He is the author of Good to Great, Built to Last, How the Mighty Fall, and Great by Choice.
