Jim Gourley is a successful triathlete, an Ironman finisher, and a Race Across America finisher, one of the world's most demanding endurance races. Gourley graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a degree in Astronautical Engineering and has spent the last four years writing about the science and technology of triathlon and cycling. His work has featured in periodicals such as Triathlete, Inside Triathlon, LAVA, USA Triathlon, and 3/GO.
