Joanna Faber is an expert in parenting and education. She was a major contributor to her mother's award-winning book, How to Speak So Kids Can Learn, and authored a new afterword for the book's thirty-fifth anniversary edition. She gives talks and seminars based on her mother's research and her own experiences as a parent and educator. Joanna shares her home in New York's Hudson Valley with her husband, three teenagers, dogs, cats, and a variety of fowl.
