John Peterson is a visiting research fellow at the Centre for European Policy Studies in Brussels, Belgium, and a Jean Monnet Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow in the United Kingdom. He has formerly taught at Oxford, Essex, and York universities in the United Kingdom, as well as the Insitute d'Etudes Politiques in Grenoble, France, and the University of California, Santa Barbara.
