John Freeman is the executive editor featuring Literary Hub and the editor of Freeman's, a literary annual of new work. His books include How to Read a Novelist and Lexicon of the Undoing, as well as Tales of Two Americas and Tales of Two Cities, an anthology of new literature about income inequality in America and New York City, respectively. He is the author of two poetry volumes, Maps and The Park. His work has appeared in The New Yorker, The Paris Review, and The New York Times, and has been translated into over twenty languages. He is a former Granta editor who now teaches writing at New York University.
