John  Odonohue

In 1956, John O'Donohue, Ph.D. was born in County Clare. Until his untimely death in January 2008, he spoke Irish as his first tongue and resided in a rural cottage in the west of Ireland. He was a well-known poet and philosopher who gave talks all over Europe and America and wrote a number of well-known works, including Anam Cara and To Bless the Space Between Us.
