Justin McElroy is a 15-year member of the Ohio Associated Press who has won two awards for business writing. He was the managing editor of AOL's Joystiq and Vox Media's Polygon (of which he is also a co-founder). Teylor Smirl is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York, and their work has appeared in comic books such as Amazing Forest and their own series, Flightless Birds. They are part of the ever-expanding McElroy (and family) podcasting empire, co-hosting Neat! with Sydnee.
